We prefer to participate on owner controlled programmes on a project specific basis globally, but will also consider contractor controlled single project placements. Our primary focus is on major capital projects placed on a direct or facultative subscription basis. No classes within EAR & CAR are excluded. Our target industry segments are downstream energy; power generation; mining; transportation; other utilities, including water and desalination plants; hi-tech industries such as semi-conductor and wafer fabrication; manufacturing and process industries such as steel mills and aluminium smelters; and real estate and commercial property.
