He received his MBA from Pace University and BA from Taylor University and is a former member of the Taylor University’s Alumni Council. Additionally, Mr. Livingston is a director of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) and the Derek Hughes/NAPSLO Educational Foundation.
Jonathan Ritz

Jonathan Ritz serves as President of Western World Insurance Group, Inc., and Chief Executive Officer of Validus Specialty, a position he has held since May 2016, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer since October 2010. Mr. Ritz has over 20 years of experience in the (re)insurance and brokerage industries. Most recently, Mr. Ritz served as Chief Operating Officer of IFG Companies-Burlington Insurance Group. Prior to IFG, Mr. Ritz served as Chief Operating Officer of the specialty lines division of ICAT Holdings LLC. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Ritz was a Managing Director at Guy Carpenter and from 1997 to 2007 he held various positions with United America Insurance Group including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of ceded reinsurance.

Mr. Ayash joined Western World as a senior accountant and was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility in accounting before being named an officer of the Company in 2006. Mr. Ayash was named to his current position as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 2015. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Maine and an MBA, concentrating in accounting, from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Ayash also holds an Associate in Reinsurance designation and completed the NAPSLO’s Executive Training Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2013. Additionally, Mr. Ayash is an active participant in the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI). He serves on two PCI committees: the Financial Issues Committee and the Accounting Sub-Committee.
Timothy Hochkeppel

He was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility in underwriting and marketing before being named Senior Vice President in 2005. He received his BA from Upsala College in 1977 and was awarded his ASLI designation in 1997. He also attended the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices (NAPSLO) Executive Leadership School at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business in 2010. Additionally, he is an active participant in the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices (NAPSLO) organization as a member of the Membership and Ethics Committee. He also served on the Board of the New Jersey Surplus Lines Association as a Director and was a member of their Legislative Committee.

In 1985, Mr. Perch was hired by The St. Paul Companies as a senior commercial lines underwriter. Mr. Perch joined Western World in 1988 to launch its Commercial Automobile Division and headed it until 2009. Mr. Perch was named an officer of the company in 1992 - Vice President, Underwriting and Marketing in 2000 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2011. In 2009, Mr. Perch assumed responsibility for Western World’s newly-formed Product Management and Development Division (PMD). PMD is responsible for product strategy and development across all Western World lines of business. Mr. Perch is a graduate of Rutgers University and received his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1995. He attended the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices (NAPSLO) Executive Leadership School at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business in 2011. Mr. Perch has served on committees of various industry associations including the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI), the American Association of Managing General Agents (AAMGA) and the Insurance Services Office ( ISO).

Ms. Rosa received her BA in History from Vassar College in 1981 and her JD from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 1984. She is admitted to both the New Jersey and Connecticut Bar Associations. He received his BA from Wagner College in 1974 and has achieved industry designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU), and Associate in Claims (AIC). Mr. Rupp continues to participate actively in the International Association of Claims Professionals, having served on its board of directors from 2000-2002.

In 1989 she was employed by Comas Insurance Agency as a commercial lines CSR. Ms. D’Aco joined Western World in 1990 as an associate underwriter in the Contract Division and has been promoted to positions of increasing responsibility in underwriting and marketing before being made an officer of the Company in 2006 (Associate Vice President), promoted to Second Vice President in 2008 and named Vice President in 2014. She received her BA degree in Political Science from Fordham University in 1971 and her MA degree in Political Science and Public Administration from The Pennsylvania State University in 1973. Ms. D’Aco earned her Associate In Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI) designation in 1997 and has attended both the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices (NAPSLO) School and the NAPSLO Advanced School.

Mr. Montone began his career in the insurance industry with the Insurance Company of North America as a multi-line field adjuster in 1977. In 1979, he joined Crum & Forster Insurance Companies as a property claims specialist. Mr. Montone had a progressive and successful 21-year career development with Crum & Forster. He joined Selective Insurance Group in 2000 as an Assistant Vice President, Property and Recovery Claims and was promoted in 2002 to Vice President. He joined Western World in 2011 and was promoted to Pice President in 2013. Mr. Montone received his BS in Business Administration from Duquesne University in 1977; his PCLA designation in 1987; and his CCLA designation in 1980. His past participation in the trade industry has included service as President of the Pittsburgh Fire Loss Organization from 1991 – 1992; committee membership on the American Insurance Association (AIA), the Insurance Information Institute (III), and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). He is also a member of the Loss Executives Association (LEA) and the International Association of Claims Professionals (IACP). Mr. Montone attended the (National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices) NAPSLO Executive Leadership School at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business in 2015.

Thomas R. Slader serves as Vice President, Corporate Actuary of Western World Insurance Company. He has taken on increased levels of responsibility during this time period. He is currently Vice President, Corporate Actuary responsible for supplying all actuarial services for the Group. Prior to Western World, Mr. Slader served as an assistant vice president at QBE where he worked on reinsurance treaty pricing and supported several national programs. In 1996, his actuarial career started at an insurance bureau, Insurance Service Offices (ISO). At ISO, Mr. Slader worked as an actuarial analyst creating and filing loss cost changes with the state regulators for various lines of business and worked in various commercial lines actuarial departments: Commercial Auto, Medical Malpractice, General Liability, and Business Owners. Mr. Slader graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. Mr. Slader is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society. He also attended the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices (NAPSLO) Executive Leadership School at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.
